Welcome to David Flitman Photography. The beauty of nature is not just confined to far-off fields, it is around us wherever we are. In my work I try to combine both the natural and artificial, as well as capture those moments when nature blends itself into unnatural environments. Using light, angles, and an eye for hidden wonders, I create images from the subtle to the powerful.
I believe that reality is relative. With this perspective I create what my imagination allows me. In much of my work I take elements of nature and blend them with mediums that are man made. At other times I give my perspective to what exists. It’s all play and it’s all experimentation. Then I photograph the creations I have made. My experiments are not constant – they change quickly. They express moods of the moment in time and space. I create what ideas flow through me.
